Crock Pot Vegetarian Cashew Chicken

4 - Quorn brand Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders
1/4 C Flour
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 TBS Vegetable Oil
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TBS Ketchup
1 TBS Brown Sugar
1 Garlic Clove , minced
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 C Raw Cashews

Combine Flour, Pepper and Garlic Powder in a Zip Lock Bag
Add the Chicken and shake to coat.

Heat Oil and brown the chicken about 2 minutes.
Place in a Slow Cooker.

In a Bowl, combine:
Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Ketchup
Sugar
Ginger Powder
Red Pepper Flakes

Pour over the Chicken and cook on low for 3-4 hours
Add the Cashews, stir
Serve over Rice
