Black Beans with Lime, Cilantro and Avocado

We eat a lot of Black Beans in Texas. We have Black Beans in Soups, Dips, Tacos, Enchiladas etc....
This is a great side dish of Black Beans. We use a lot of Lime and we love Avocados so this recipe is perfect for the way we eat.
I also add 1 large can of Diced Green Chiles or 2 Jalapenos, seeded and diced.

1 - 15 oz. cans of black beans, drained
Juice of 1 lime
1 C fresh chopped cilantro
2 shallots , diced
2 tsp cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Avocados

Toss the beans with lime juice, cilantro, shallots, cumin and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the beans with sliced avocados.
