3 Ripe Bananas
2 C Rolled Oats (not Quick Oats)
1/4 Chunky Peanut Butter
1/4 C Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
1/3 C Apple Sauce
1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a sheet pan with Parchment Paper
In a large Mixing Bowl:
All remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Using a 1 1/2" cookie scoop, drop the cookies 2" apart on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
Transfer cookies to the rack and cool completely.
