Vanilla Snowflake Martini

I just received a post from a friend that had this recipe.
I love every ingredient in it.
I adapted the recipe without changing the integrity of the original.

Vanilla Snowflake Martini

Here's what you'll need:
A Cocktail Shaker
Ice
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
2 oz. Half and Half

Fill the Shaker Half Full of Ice.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Shake well and strain into a Martini Glass.
