Corn Casserole

Just another Corn Casserole. I can never get enough!





1/2 C Diced Green Bell Pepper
1/2 C Diced Red Bell Pepper
4 Green Onions, thinly sliced.
4 TBS Butter
2 - (8 oz.) packages of Cream Cheese, cubed
1 1/3 C Whole Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Dill Weed
2 - 16.oz packages of frozen Corn, thawed

In a Cast Iron Dutch Oven or 10" Cast Iron Skillet on medium heat:
Butter, heat until melted.
Add:
Green Bell Pepper
Red Bell Pepper
Onion
Sauté until tender.

Add:
Cream Cheese
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Reduce heat to low.
Cook until Cream Cheese is completely melted.

Add:
Corn
Stir well.
Continue to cook 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
