Australian Crunch Squares

Bars:
1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C Coconut
1 1/2 C Cornflakes (slightly crushed )
1 C Flour
2 TBS Hot Chocolate Mix (product pictures to follow)
12 TBS Butter


Icing:
2 C Confectioner's Sugar
2 TBS Hot Cocoa Mix
Hot Water


To Make the Bars:
Melt Butter in a saucepan.

In a small bowl:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add melted Butter.
Mix well.

Spray an 8"X 8" baking pan with a vegetable cooking spray. ( I use my Pan Release Mix)
Press batter firmly into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Remove pan to a cooling rack and cool completely.


To make the Icing:

In a small bowl:
Confectioner's Sugar
Hot Cocoa Mix
A few drops of  Hot Water to make a thick icing.
When it cools completely, spread evenly over the cooled bars.
Allow to set completely.
Cut into squares when icing has set.
