This is a good fit for The Hippy in the Kitchen in Texas.
I saw this on a recent Food Network Show with Ree Drummond and it appealed to me. I decided to copy the link so full Credit is given to The Pioneer Woman. I'm a huge fan of everything she makes.

This is one of the Tex-Mex Side Dishes that we had with our Tamale Christmas Dinner this year.
This is a Bronco Bob's Recipe.
Here's what you'll need:
A Small Flat Microwave safe Pan. I made a Half Recipe in a Small Rectangle Glass Casserole Pan. It was just for the 2 of us.
Tortilla Chips
2 - 10.5 oz. Cans of Black Beans, drained well.
1 Red Onion, diced.
2 - 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened. Place in a small bowl and whisk well until Creamy Soft.
1- 14.75oz. Bottle of B. Bob's Cranberry (or Raspberry) Chipotle Sauce.
Layer the Pan in the following order:
#1: Black Beans
#2: Onion, sprinkled evenly over the Beans.
#3: Cream Cheese, gently spread over the Onions.
#4: The entire Bottle of Sauce.
Microwave on High for 3 - 5 Minutes.
Serve Warm with Tortilla Chips.
Enjoy!
