Pickled Hard Boiled Eggs

Here's what you'll need:

A Clean Glass Jar with a Lid that will hold a Dozen Eggs.

1 C Water
2 C White Vinegar
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Mustard
2 TBS Pickling Spice
1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled

Make a Brine.

In a  Medium Sauce Pan.
Add:

Water
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Ground Mustard
Pickling Spice

Whisk until blended.
Bring it to a Boil.
Reduce Heat to a Simmer and continue to cook for 5 Minutes.

Pour the Brine Into the Jar, making sure all of the Eggs are completely covered.

Seal the Jar with the Lid and Refrigerate at least 2-3 Days.
Letting them Marinate for a total of 5-7 Days will really enhance the Flavor.

Enjoy!
Peace in the Kitchen!
