Curry Roasted Cauliflower
This is a way to have roasted Cauliflower with great flavor.
1 large head of Cauliflower broken into florets.
3 TBS olive oil
1 TBS curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
vegetable spray
Place florets in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with curry powder and salt.
Toss until well coated.
Place the Cauliflower ,in a single layer, and all of the liquid, into a roasting pan sprayed with vegetable oil.
Roast at 424 degrees for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
