Hippy Hummus !

This is the perfect recipe for a Hippy in the Kitchen Blog!

How could I forget to post my favorite Hummus Recipe?

2- 15 ounce cans of Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 - 7 oz. (200 gr.) jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil, undrained
2/3 C Water
3 TBS Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic roughly chopped
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Fresh Basil, finely chopped for garnish

Process all except the Basil in a Food Processor
Top with Basil 
Serve with sliced French Bread, Crackers, Toasted French Bread........ and of course, Tortilla Chips in Texas!
